Beginning in 1959, SHOEI Kako Co., LTD is established and begins manufacturing general safety helmets in Tokyo, Japan. Soon after they acquire a larger facility to begin manufacturing motorcycle helmets. From that point on SHOEI went on to create motorcycle helmets for motorcycle racers and racers at heart. Then Shoei helmets introduced new a changing models from street helmets like the RF-102 in 1983 to dirt helmets like the Shoei's very first offroad helmet the EX-2 to the now, today, well known and top of the class RF-1100 Shoei Street Helmets and VFX-W Shoei Offroad Helmets. Shoei always strives to keep advancing their technology and developments to stay at the top levels achieved and needed for the road, the track and the safety of motorcycle riders every where.
