Dissatisfied with your purchase? No problem! If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase we'll provide a fast refund or exchange.
You may use any shipping service that is convenient for you (Post Office, UPS, Fedex, other) We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment. Simply ship the package back to us along with your completed return form that came with your invoice. If you don't have the original form see the return form pdf link, print and complete.
Exchanges: Please enclose $5.99 in the form of a check, money order or a credit card # for return shipping charges. (if you have any questions regarding shipping please call us)
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by Bobs Cycle Supply (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Warranty Evaluation: Merchandise is guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers warranty. Bob's Cycle Supply is not responsible for manufacture defects and warranties. Any warrantied items will be exchanged for the same item or an in store credit equal to the original purchase price. To report a product defect, warranty claim please call customer service at 1-888-306-2627 before returning the product. All warranty items must be cleaned before return.
