Returns and Exchanges:

Wrong size? Wrong color? No problem!
All returns must be received at Bob's Cycle Supply within 30 days of receipt of package and must be shipped in a corrugated cardboard box like the one it was shipped in. Items shipped in the manufactures packaging will be refused by our shipping department.

Returned merchandise must be new/unused and suitable for resale. Shipping fees or any cost associated with international shipping, duties or taxes are non-refundable. All special order/non-stock items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. Warranty Evaluation:

Merchandise is guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers warranty. Bob's Cycle Supply is not responsible for manufacture defects and warranties. Any warrantied items will be exchanged for the same item or an in store credit equal to the original purchase price. To report a product defect or warranty claim please call customer service at 1-888-306-2627 before returning the product. All warranty items must be cleaned before return.
