Some manufacturers advertising policies require that we only advertise suggested retail prices.

Packages being sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are sent via Express 2-3 day air delivery.
International orders are shipped via the Air Postal system. 2 to 3 week delivery time. FedEx International delivery is also available, 2 to 5 day delivery time. Chemicals and oils can not be shipped internationally. Call or fax us for a quote.
COD orders must be placed by phone. COD is not yet available for online orders.
Packages shipped COD must be paid (exact amount only) for with Money Order
or Bank Certified check, sorry no personal checks or cash accepted for COD
packages. A $9.00 COD fee is added onto the package total. Personal checks
can be mailed to Bob's Cycle Supply to avoid a COD fee. Upon receipt of check
your package will be shipped.
Returns and Warranties
All returns must be received at Bob's Cycle Supply within 30 days of receipt
of package and must be shipped in a corrugated cardboard box like the one
it was shipped in. Items shipped in the manufactures packaging will be refused
by our shipping department.
Returned merchandise must be unused and suitable for resale. All special order non-stock items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment or as a store credit. If you have any questions call 1-888-306-2627.

Do you give bulk or dealer discounts?
At Bob's Cycle Supply, we price our products at the lowest possible price,
in accordance with manufacture's pricing policies. We do offer a 10% discount
on oils and chemicals in case quantities of 12 or 24. Also, when you purchase
10 of the exact same item , the 11th is free (i.e. spark plugs).
